Family Guy is seriously a cool show. Relating to game inspired cartoons, wasn't there a Mortal Kombat series a few years ago on Fox Kids? I never watched it properly but remember catching the end of an episode round a mates once.

Yes, there was a Mortal Kombat cartoon. It was based on the characters from MK3 (sub zero didn't have a mask, Jax had metal arms, etc). Um, i already replied to the other thread about doing Super mario section...so, i won't mention it here...haha Knight of Nachos! Kick ASS SIG! You should get someone to make a club pic for Mario Fruit Punch (like the Anti DBZ group, only...less "anti"). I would be willing to draw a tv remote for you people. I have flash 5, too, and i'm fairly good at it...i'd need some limitations i'd be expected to work with (what the remote should look like, how many buttons, and such). Um, yippie! I have almost 40 SMB episodes...

So far we've got Super Mario Brothers and Zelda, along with Transformers, I believe. I'm trying to get Megaman as well, but it's a little harder to find. TMNT wouldn't be such a bad idea, and I never got the oppertunity to see the Captain N cartoons.

I don't remember much of Captain N but i remember that i liked whatching the show
I have to get a faster connection if i'm gonna download all these episodes that are beeing planned uploaded

Captain N was pretty popular, and since it is "video-game" based (sorta. Had Link and Mario come through a couple of times.) it wouldn't be a bad idea to try and get it. Since they were popular, they shouldn't be too hard to find.

im just joining this thread now so im kind of just walking in but i think its a great idea.mega man was a great show(waking up at 5 am just to watch it was a pain)i only remember 3 eps and would like to reveiw as the case may be.

anouther thing is that im not sure if it was a cartoon seirse or a movie collection but i saw in a block buster a couple of cassettes named final fantasy(no not spirts within(may it burn in eternal hellfire))these aparently has a tie in with saving crystals(ffV?)ill check as soon as i get back theyre but could some one check for me until i can confirm?

I dunno, I've never heard of it. I'd check my rental place, but it really sucks, doesn't even have GE999 (I love that movie. Only good Japenese anime out there).

I remember the Megaman cartoons. I loved them, but my parents didn't get the channel so the only time I'd see it was when I was at my grandparents. I've been trying to find it, but all Kazaa brings up is that damned RockmanEXE thing. I'll do a more thorough netsearch later and I'll tell you where to get them so you can begin.

I'm also gonna try and find this Mortal Kombat thing we were all talking about. I know it's out there somewhere, 'cause I remember seeing commercials, but never the actual show.

i got the answer! it was a four part tv show thing. i rented and copyed(blockbuster frowns on that for some reason)its cool(hillarios, one of the chars butt glows)its apprantly and stated as a video about ffv.it follows the same premise and the worlds the same(tycoon castle and such)but the chars and story is totaling diffrent.if i had a way to upload them to you i would but i only got it on vhs.

i loved the tmnt,transformers(i have seen all beast wars and that new serie)and also legend of zelda!i remeber a episode when there was a very hansom(so zelda thinks)man in the castle and zelda really liked him,and link was jelious so he ran off....the evil mosters kidnapped her and whent into water but the "hansom" man did not o in the water...because its bad for his cloths..then link came and saved her

I never saw the Zelda cartoon. I did see the Mario cartoons a few times though. Also the Sonic cartoon and Megaman ones.

Also, does the Final Fantasy Unlimeted anime series have anything in common with any of the games (characters, stories etc.) apart from chocobo?
