How the fuck do you turn off invalid parameter in Avira Personal? Every time I download something, this shit pops up!

Are you using download statusbar in Firefox? If you set up Antivir in there that's what is causing the problem.

In your downloadstatusbar config, go to the virus scan section. Point it to avscan.exe found in your Antivir directory and in the box under (the one where you can specify arguments) put /GUIMODE=3 /PATH="%1"
GUIMODE=1 shows full GUI
GUIMODE=2 shows mini GUI
GUIMODE=3 shows no GUI, configure it how you like it.
