    Nope. I did everything exactly like the nfo said to.

    How is your folder structure set up? maybe i nested things that shouldn't be, or vice versa.

    Basically I just made a folder called Valve in Program Files then extracted everything to that. Then just moved the fix into it.

    Yeah. Then just apply the fix to the file in the Valve\portal folder.
