Well, it sucks on IE, and I'm not changing browsers. So, I vote no on the new smileys, because they suck.

Personally, I don't see a huge difference between firefox and opera. IE is a bit different and more..plain and simple. Firefox is more customizable, and opera is kinda in the middle from what I've seen. That's why I prefer opera.
