At first i thought the first kid ( Yahiko ) to be Pain , and his eyes are like the sharingan you have to awaken them , but what im thinking now is crazy ( so you do not have to tell me) , so i think Negato ( the boy with black hair , and Pain’s Eyes ) took over Yahiko body ( for whatever reason ) , maybe that explains the red-orange haired Pain .

I think it will lead up to something nice, I think there might be another flashback episode just to give some sort of background on pains abilities or what he is capable of.

Probably. I'm just kind of disappointed that the freakin' partner of the Akatsuki was stopped dead in her tracks just like that by Jiraiya. :\
