Default Good Settings for Project 64?

Okay, I have been tinkering over and over with various settings and to be honest, I don't have a ****ing clue what I'm doing.

So I'm hoping someone can help me figure it out.

    COMPAQ Presario
    Intel Celeron Processor (2.4GHz)
ATI Radeon 9250 (Most recent Catalyst drivers.)
    1GB RAM
    Windows XP Home Edition SP2

Default plugins with PJ64 including 3rd party plugins:

    Rice's Video Plugin 6.1.1 Beta 10
    Rice's Video Plugin 6.1.1 Beta 10 Debug
    Azimer's HLE Audio v0.56 WIP 1
    Azimer's HLE Audio v0.56 WIP 2

With some games it runs smoothly but with LoZ OoT it lags like hell.

That's good and all, but doesn't fully help my problem. I've used various kinds of Emulators before but truthfully I don't know what the hell half these settings for the video plugins do. Guess I'll have to try another emulator.

PJ64 is about as good as it gets in most cases. Most of the games are already preset for their needs as well so if a game is not working properly then check the notes next to the game's name on the rom list and see if it mentions any problems as not every game works perfectly in PJ64...yet.
