So, I preordered Stranglehold. I can't wait till the 17th I also bought it for the 360...yeah, I know If I didn't, my son would never leave my PS3 alone though, so it's an investment.

I also got a USB keyboard for the PS3 so I can type my messages out faster.

I tested my Seagate drive to see if its really going bad or if there was another cause for the I/O errors. The random access and burst speeds were way off, I forgot to take the jumper off to give it the full 3.0Gbps speeds :X So far other than that it looks like it was a damaged partition instead of drive failure.
