You're the one who said every post except that one is 'fail', not me. Admittedly, you are right that OP did fail to say much of anything of value.

    And I still am.

Laughing, that is. Not sucking. At least, not now.

I dunno. If it's sanctioned by the court, where's the issue?

Legally? It's different because the tap is placed on the subjects computer rather than on the telephone system, making this more akin to breaking in and bugging the place. It's also different because it has the potential to be a two-way thing, not just exporting data but bringing new data onto the system. Can't do that with a hidden mic.

Technically? Depends on precisely what the trojan can do and how it acts. If it's just datamining everything, that's one thing. If it can actually mess with the infected PC, it's entirely another.

I don't live in Germany, but still this is something to fear. To lose big part of my privacy just because of highly improbable chance that terrorist attack will happen. And even if it happens, the chance it will kill or hurt me is also very small...

It is more probable a car would run over me. It actualy happened last year. Fucking car broke both my legs and I haven't recovered my precious acrobatic skills yet. And there is no iniciative to monitor who, where or how fast drives... and even if there will be one, I don't want it.

Next time when I come to the hospital for a random operation, they will install a probe in my dick monitoring when I get an errection, because of a small chance I might be for example a pedophile... people who want to hinder privacy of other people should be shot in the head. Or at least shot in the balls so they won't be able to reproduce.
If there is something smarter or faster than me in the world, I'll dispose of it.
