Probably System shock 2. SS1 is hard as hell to set up and get working, and SS2 has everything in full 3d and much more modern controls. Easier to get into for someone used to modern games.
    Here's a gameplay video of SS2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e_QrsH0NuJc&NR=1
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

Open it up in Paint, and, save as a .bmp? Assuming it has that option.

    Open in paint
    Resave as .bmp

Should work fine since it's a small image without any real detail.

So, with a free Bluetooth headset shipped with every copy of Warhark bought in-store, you'd think more people would actually be using it during gameplay.

    Not a peep.

It's theorized. Considering EA owns the intellectual property, don't count on much, if anything. Bioshock is made by the same team as System Shock 2, and meant to be a "spiritual successor" to the series.
