Never heard of them. From google results they seem to be a latin manufacturer of nVidia cards (and oddly enough the About Us section of their website is in spanish, even on the english portion of the site 
). They're an official maker: http://www.nvidia.com/object/IO_34659.html I guess you'd consider them a neutral company, neither bad or good. They're too little known for a solid reputation.
