Besides when I cook roasts I cook 25lb roasts, around 12kg for jase's head doesn't explode. Never go by time go by temperature I cook them to around 155ºF - 160ºF ,68ºC - 72ºC for jase.
Oh and cooked at 225ºF, around 107ºC.
Lower the temperature it's cooked at the longer it will take to cook but the more tender it will be![]()
