    Wow. I sence hostility Del_Boy!

    You know what man, I use a SHITLOAD of bandwidth. I'm always uploading and downloading constantly, and have never, I REPEAT, NEVER recieved such a message from Cox.
    And y'know, I've also never had to get any sort of permission from them to use an FTP, IN ANY CAPACITY, be it to downloading shit, or as a "pub" as you put it.

    Look, if or when I get such a message, then I will concede that I was mistaken, but till that happens I'll stand by what I've said. I have no reason not to, having used Cox's service for some time without issue. And y'know, I wasn't trying to make you look silly or anything, I'm just saying that my ISP has thus far stood behind it's promise of offering unlimited bandwidth, despite your claims that none of them do. *shrugs*
