Spoiler warning:
Plus DiCaprio getting attacked by the bear, nearly dying from his injuries (and the cold) and then surviving just didn't seem believable to me. Maybe if they used an actor that was a huge tank it would be believable.

Also when he gets upset I kept thinking...he went cold turkey to do this, or, he's remembering the piss collection sequence in The Aviator.

I have little respect for the guy tbh.

Another movie that seems quite popular but I didn't like is Django Unchained. Mostly because I don't like Jamie Foxx
Probably remembering having to eat that liver.

Dudes a veggie. Using tofu wouldn't look authentic. So.....

Django was bad but he was about the only good part of it. That performance was perfect for the role.

Also opposite here. I felt his earlier work was kinda bad and he wasn't showing much range. I was generally a little disappounted when he would be involved in a movid. Nowadays he's a very solid and well rounded actor IMO.

Wasn't too big on that either. The director seemed unaware that Gatsby is supposed to come off as a pathetic white knight type whose only real saving grace is that he's a sorta nice guy. And even then he's kind of a shit person about it. Still not super sure I can blame the actors on that one. It's just awful direction. No sense of nuance.
