Implying that anyone here who isn't a tourist actually eats Scottish cuisine at any other time but Burns Nicht. Everyone I know considers Scottish Indian food to be pretty much our national cuisine at this point, since it's reasonably distinct from real Indian food, and is likely more widely enjoyed / more widely available here than anything Scottish. :'D The only Scottish cuisine most Scottish people eat with any regularity is fish and chips.
