File is Broken.... never stops!

okay, i have had this prob. a lot lately with PS2 ISO's, Gamecube ISO's and now xbox

if needed i can provide a full list of games, but right now i am only looking to get 1 Xbox game(i got all the rest from other places)

I have tried to download this myself using Chrome & Firefox, when extracting the file is using 7Zip 9.20 "broken" i have tried extracting just the 1st. file, than i selected all the files, tried and still "file is broken", i have also tried downloading at slow speeds(under 1MB/s, Normal speed is 3-3.2MB/s) using FreeDownloadManager and still did the same thing, All files are in the same folder on the desktop, they all have been Deleted, cleaned & cleared from my hdd & browser history, re-downloaded, and same troubles
