Could you please tell me what you hear at 1:45 here, starting with いくら考えても．．．?

Also, do you know any idioms that go something like 地の底から　etc.? It's 0:24 in the video and I'm wondering if it has a special meaning or something... Normally I'd expect a line like this to be 心の底から憎む, after all.
