i've tried the other 3, including tactics. And i've played quite a few other rpg's. It's just what you said was border line stupid. Its called a Role-Playing game not a turn based sword fighting game. As long as you play a role where you can make major decisions and it actully affects the game its a rpg to me. Most shooters are follow the story choose a gun follow it.
