I ordered Magic Keys and Swap Magic from modchip.com(still waiting for it but I'll rant later) and I just wanted to confirm one thing. If I burn a PAL game, will it play fine on my NTSC TV/PS2 using these tools? Or will I need a converter of some type like how there was a pal2ntsc for PSX games?

Also, does modchip.com just really suck balls or something? I ordered from them THREE weeks ago and have gotten nothing. This is what they told me in their E-mail:

Three fuckin weeks, I'm pissed. I should be playing MGS2 by now. I'm tempted to demand a refund back.
