    Default Resident Evil 3 voice acting problem (most voice acting is missing/chopped), HELP!

    epsxe v1.6.0
    Sound Plugin ePSXe SPU core 1.5.2.
    Everything but Enable SPU IRQ checked.
    Tried both Pete's D3D Driver 1.75 and Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.3
    with setting defaults of "Nice", and experimentation with Filtering/textures...

    E6600 C2D @ 2.6 per core...
    2gb DDR2 Ram @ 667mhz
    8800GTS Superclocked 320mb

    So the game seems to play fine, and it seems i catch voice acting in the game itself, however some parts make me feel i'm missing a line, and my biggest problem is the beginning of the game after going "New Game", "Difficulty", and wesker does his "Resident Evil", there is no audio whatsoever during the slideshow preceding the first actual cutscene...

    After further testing its obvious i'm missing voice acting in game, sometimes i get it all, other times i just get the first syllable of words, etc. And given my specs what graphic plugin will i get the most out of overall and is there a better sound plugin i need to download?
