Ok, here's what you do: Take the files you downloaded from Underdogs, and stick them in your base C directory (so C:\Sysshock). Use VDMS to run the installer, and install the game to C:\Dos\CDrive\SSHOCK. (that directory assumes you've properly set up DOSBox. If you haven't, follow this guide: http://www.abandonia.com/main.php?nav=index&FAQ=1 )
Now. Open your SSHOCK installation directory, and drop the files in the rar I've attached to this post in there (you might want to back up the files it'll overwrite).
Now, open DOSBox. Type these directions:
    cd sshock
    cdshock
"Cd" tells DOSBox to navigate to the folder "sshock", and "cdshock" runs cdshock.exe.
The game should then launch. In order to make it run better, hold down control and hit F12, and increase the CPU cycles to about 15,000 or so. You should get fine performance then.
If you want to get fine performance and run the game in 640x480, you'll have to use VDMS instead of DOSBox. http://www.abandonia.com/utility/VDMSound%202.1.0.exe Just install it, go to the installation directory, right click on CDshock.exe, and "Run with VDMS".

Btw, you MAY need to copy the sysshock folder and make a copy of it in the DOS\Cdrive.

As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.
