Now if I only there was a satellite signal going to my TV's receiver, I would be a happy person.
Isn't it as simple as getting as connecting a cable?

The cable's connected, but nothing is actually being received on my TV.
It may just be a faulty cable.
On occasion, I'll get something and it will last for a couple of days, then off for like 3-5.

Large monitors are awesome. I really want to get a huge widescreen one soon. Just need to get some more money together.

Mine's 17". It goes up to 1280x1024, but I can't stand it like that, pretty much every bit of writing onscreen gets fucked up somehow, either way too big or way too small. I'll stick with 1024x768, at least while I'm using this monitor.
As I was walking down the stair,
    I met a man who wasn't there.
    He wasn't there again today.
    I wish, I wish he'd go away.

I want a larger monitor as I have a couple of projects that I would like to undertake and more screen real-estate would help greatly. A computer with more than 256 ram would would actually help alot too.

You should just sign up. It's not that cool, but it is simple to sign up. Plus the Keep America Beautiful group needs members.
