So they are discontinuing the cheaper model? Aren't PS3 sales low as is? They think that doing this will help how...?

Why? Kingdom Hearts is fun because it brings back childhood memories, I dont want more of the same garbage I have to deal with in other games. I cant see the Lion King or Tarzan being all that serious, no matter what way you flip the coin. I just dont see the point.
PS3 sales aren't really low like people say they are. They are actually picking up quite well and are over 3 million. People just think they are low because Sony is able to keep up with demand making it look like it doesn't sell when in fact everytime a unit is sold, a new one goes on the shelf.
Resident Evil 4, on the Wii. Impressive, isn't it?![]()
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Anthony, either you've never played the PC version, or you're fucking blind. The PC version looks like shit, covered in a heaping helping of Dog vomit.
The Wii version uses the art assets from the GC version, which looks way better than the half-assed PC version by far. It's a shame that they didn't bother enhancing the graphics, but if the controls work out well, I still may get it.
EDIT: Damnit Cookie.
I was actually talking about the guys acting! Not the graphics or what the gameplay seems to look like. His face before the girl gets kidnapped, he seemed so stressed out during the game.
Graphically, it does look like the GC version. Which is a good thing.
Again, I'll point out that the PC version was a port of the PS2 version, minus any of that versions lighting effects, which were inferior to the GC version already. It looks terrible really. You get to the graveyard area, and then you cry a little, and die a little. It's horrible really.
So yeah, anyone who didn't expect that it would look better than the PC version hasn't played the PC version, and thus probably shouldn't be making assumptions.
Crappy video quality or not, there's quite a difference in graphical quality between the PC and GC versions which is readily apparant to anyone with functioning eyes, mainly in the areas of color and lighting. The PC version features little to no lighting effects, and the colors are overly bright, taking away much of the atmosphere. The PC version isn't terrible looking, but it's a far cry from what gamers expected, and definitely not up to par with the GC version, aside from displaying at a higher resolution of course.
