Well...this is bad...I don't got the Dark Knight dressphere. But yeah, I haven't tried using Paine on her dressphere. Thanks for the previous tip too.

Dark Knight is in that place with the moving plates. Looked like some temple. I think it's where you see Bahamut and fight a guy with a spear. As I recall, you had to activate the platforms in order to get to it. Dunno if you can go back there. Lemme check Gamefaqs.

It seems I can't, I needed some Ethers but I can't leave Thunder Plains. I guess I'll have to try it with I have got.

Got it. It's in Bevelle, a few missions before where you are at the moment. If you can go back to that place, just before you fought Baralai and Bahamut, it's there, in plain sight.
