I've been going to this site for a good month now, and they're freaking awesome. They have no ads or forced ANYTHING! It's just click and download. Their GBA rom section isn't as extensive as EPs but apparently they're in the process of getting them all (I think they have the 2400 set but only the english ROMs). They also take requests. DesMuMe is the best NDS emulator atm; it can run a few games at playable speeds.

That is not me! Anyways, the http://www.emuxperts.net site is not bad but it takes far too long to get a ROM. Nobody likes voting especially forced. And, the site is still in Beta. We're slowly getting the GBA rom set from various RS links.

Nobody likes voting, but they like getting shit for free. Really, some people are just assholes. Oh, I have to click a link and vote in order to get the game I'm after, woe is me!
Really though, that's great. There's a section to do your advertising in though, and last I checked that section contained an entire thread just for those who want to pimp their sites. I suggest that you hunt it down and post your sites there.
