    To me:

Self confidence means that you think positive about yourself. You don't always look down at yourself for what you can or cannot do. Pretty much it.

Ego means that you think you are the best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be (regonize that quote?). You exaggerate your confidence to think that no one can come close to you.

Yeah, I actually forgot about that. Some or most of us let it all out. Thanks Sprung.

There's actually 3 parts to our "conscienceness"...and I can only recall 2...the Id and the Ego. There's another...

Roughly put, self-confidence (confidence) is faith in yourself, and ego is self-esteem.

Sprung, you were looking for superego. But check the link below.

Self confidance shows in your body language.

Standing with your arms folded, for example, gives off negative energy, and may put people off talking to you.

Aparently winking is good body language.

People have big ego's when they're in positions of power sometimes. I mean real positions, not just a staff member on some internet forum

    Ah, good.

I've never bragged once in my life (this doesn't include on EP ), but I have alot of self confidence. For example, one day this homeless dude came up to me and said 'I otta fucking kill you here and now', and I said 'Nice cock'. Everything always works out for me.
