I lost my virginity at 17, but it's not like i devoted my life to accomplishing that. I had been dating my girlfriend for over a year and we were serious. I have been with her for over three years nows. I think people should wait until they are really ready. Too many teenagers think that if they graduate a virgin, they will be losers for life. That's not true. If I hadn't met my girlfriend then, I would probably still be a virgin and I wouldn't be ashamed to admit it. I would wait until it was with someone special.

The problem with being a virgin is that you are trying to imagine something that's unknown to you and people saying it's really great makes it feel tragic to a virgin if they'd died one. To get some kind of measure as I don't have any perception of it I'd like to ask a non-virgin do they think it'd be a big deal to die one or not so much but still a shame because it's overrated? To answer your question, No I don't think that it would be a shame to die a virgin. I personally don't know any but I think that it would be safe to assume that their are ALOT of people that die virgins. I waited untill I was married before I lost my virginity (21 years old) and I really don't feel anymore or anyless of a person just because I have had sex. If you ask me virginity is great because if you are not having sex, you are in no risk of getting any STD's.
