The Gillette Police Department reports that a male teacher at Sage Valley has been arrested on one count of indecent liberties with a 16-year-old male. Reportedly, an investigation, and a subsequent interview with the teacher led to the arrest. Police say prior to the arrest contact was made with the county attorney before agreeing to take him into custody. The alleged victim is not a current student at Sage Valley, nor is there any indication the alleged crime ever took place on school property or with current students according to the police department. I don't understand this apparently quite apparent fact, there's a difference between paedophilia and rape and being gay.
I am not aware of any further developments in this regard, but of my limited understanding, there is no current proof of him raping the 16 year old. Also, is he a confirmed homosexual? Being a posessor of gay porn and deriving sick pleasures from touching teenage boys, as ridiculous as it sounds, doesn't make you gay.

Also, I really do believe that if Vivi has a point of view or anyone for that matter, and has the freedom to express it, then he also abandons the right to forbid someone from saying what they want to.

Edit: Also, must take into account that Vivi is from the fourth largest state, with the lowest population, and a state which is in the centre of the Bible belt of America. Its not easy to be gay there when the Bible says you shall be left to bleed and die and other nasty things.
