what is everyones fav anime series not movie series a good example of a series is gundam

mine is evangelion

Outlaw Star or Gundam Wing. And this should have been posted in Anime Paradise. And Gundam is not a movie series. Each Gundam series spans about 50 episodes long. I would hardly call that a movie.

Not too many anime series could hold a candle to FLCL, but it was just a bit too short for me. Although that was part of the mystique of the show. FLCL made by Gainax, the same company that made Evangelion. Two of the best anime out there, were made by the same company.

Ragnarok the Animation and Fullmetal Alchemist are my favorites. Though Furi Kuri is funny as hell, it's just way too short.

Probably evangelion, wish the DVD's were cheaper.

I need to see the subbed japanese Evangelion, as the dubbing sucked quite harshly.

FLCL was awesome, but it was an OVA, not a full length anime. I like Fullmetal Alchemist since it's original, but it's a pretty new anime. I've seen all of it so far. Naruto is awesome too, but it's getting kind of boring with the recent episodes.
Some of my favs are Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, Outlaw Star, Gungrave(I've been watching it recently), Berserk, Escaflowne, Ghost in the Shell: SAC, and Eva is my fav. mech anime of course.
The only Gundam series I liked was 0083, the rest were boring most of the time.
Saint Saiya and Ranma 1/2, just to name some classics.
I also like the .hack series and Wolf's Rain, but series like these don't have a whole deal of action, they focus more on the story.
