alt.binaries.emulators.nintendo and alt.binaries.emulators.sega both have regular floods. There are a couple of Gameboy & N64 groups as well, can't remember the names offhand, but everything should be under alt.binaries.emulators.
*PSA* Wii Redump collector's can now unscrub ISO files. So scrubbed games can now be verified. You can find the program to do this here
