They're trying to decriminalize it here in ATL. Wish they'd just fucking legalize it already federally. Only real argument against it is that that shit smells awful. I have had some shitty neighbors that would blaze up and make no attempt to mask the smell :\

Yeah. They're still working on it here. It's the whole medical dispensary thing going on right now, the shops just sprang up like crazy a few years ago. Supposedely need a card for it

I don't mind the smell personally but do believe in other peoples apartments shouldn't leak generally offensive smells.

I guess it depends on what kind you get as well, some of it's not bad. Some of it..... ugh.
I went to a Rob Zombie concert one time and they started singing "The Age Of The Consecrated Vampire We All Get High." As soon as he started chanting get high, at least a third of the crowd started lighting up. I've been around pot smokers at concerts plenty of times but that was damn near overwhelming.
