The mom of the girl who slapped my daughter got nasty with me when I went to go pick her up. She wanted to know

Who do you think you are to get in a child's face?

I said I'm her mother and I have a right to protect my kid from bullies.

    "Whatchu gonna do about it?"

I gave her a little smile and said "If she keeps it up I may call the police."

I won't lie guys I'm a coward of the highest order. But I'm pretty damn proud of the fact that I didn't run, cringe or start to tear up.

Clearly I can see where her little monster gets it from. A bullying parent, a bullying brat, if she doesn't want her kid getting suspended then she needs to teach her to keep her hands off other kids.

Heh. I'm a little afraid to walk my kid home from school now. It's a half hour walk across a stretch of stupid desert. Think I'll get in trouble if I bring my lil stun gun with me for our safety?

To all the handheld purists, The texture smoothing didnt seem to make as much of a difference on 2D games, But I just tried Gods Eater Burst on PPSSPP with texture smoothing and FXAA and it looks amazing scaled up to my 32" TV.

Remember that the law is there to protect you and know your rights. If the other parent verbally threatens you, it is considered assault and you would have a right to press charges. I wouldn't recommend that as it is a pain in the ass, but most of the time, just letting the grown-up bully know this is enough to get them to back down

Thanks for reminding me about that, really need to try it
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Damn. I've been looking for better internet and it seemed pretty good. We don't exactly live out in the middle of no-where, but we live in a small town that's for damned sure.

So apparently Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow was announced for the WiiU Virtual Console, alongside F-Zero GP Legends. I guess I shouldn't say announced, more like leaked.

Anyway, still exciting. I might try out Aria of Sorrow. It looks fun.
