Chances of a freak accident are slim to nil. Especially when you factor in where I live being eastern Washington. Therefore no floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, or earthquakes. The probability of a house fire is about less than 1%.Then it all gets destroyed by an accident.

Seriously, I have people just give me their old towers and computer parts all the time. Most of the time they even think said item is broken. When it works just fine for me.
