Goddammit, why doesn't Netflix have any of the movies that I want to watch?

I spent a fair bit of time researching a way to get access to hulu the other week, and how to capture streams.
    Gave up.

99.9% of stuff I want I can just pirate via ddl anyway, there was just one episode of the original Twilight Zone I'm missing atm.
I can get it by torrent anyway I guess. One day.

I canceled Netflix early this year when I realized I can get anything I want on Piratebay or Bakabt. And without scratches on the DVD that requires me to wait three days to pick up where I left off (I only tried streaming from them once, and the damn thing lagged).
I hear redbox is siphoning their business too. I do think it's a shame Blockbuster when under though, if there are any left, they won't be there for long.

There's still one decent local video rental that I know of (actually know the owner...he also owns a small fleet of taxis).

Plus the public library system has a surprising range of stuff available for free loan (as long as it isn't overdue). Mostly tv shows boxsets, but there are quite a few movies too.

But yeah, I pirate quite a bit of stuff I'm not fussed about buying. But I do buy some stuff.

I haven't watched the original series for years.
Now that I've got most of it I'll probably start watching a few episodes at a time soon.

It must be an old people thing.
I haven't seen the show in years though. They used to run annual marathons on Sci-fi.
    Good old childhood nostalgia.

There's a Rush song about Twilight Zone, and it mentions certain episodes.

Jazz is younger than you and he did a marathon of the original series recently. That's how I knew it was on hulu.

Cool. I haven't seen Get Smart since the 80's-90's.

They've been on DVD for a while.
You should be able to find rips/dumps somewhere.
