It's nothing really ornate, but it's still pretty cool. Kept me warm this last winter too.

If you need any inspiration. A site my ex(Laura) used to rave about was Ravely. I don't know if you've heard of it. But there's a lot of cool patterns on there. Laura taught me to crochet once a while ago, but I've all but forgotten how to now.

I have a hoodie that has been really needing some mending for a while now. I've just been way too lazy though. By the time I'm done with it it's going to be entirely composed of patches.

If you're not looking for anything pretty other than attaching one piece of fabric to another. Hand-stitching is really easy to learn. For something a bit nicer/larger you'd want to use a machine. Which really isn't all to hard to use either.
