Yeah, I really only buy loose games unless it's something I desperately want a boxed copy of. I just pack everything away and leave the cartridges out.

I'd say there's a decent sized list of games that I really enjoyed for the N64. Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, DK64, Goldeneye, CBFD, Perfect Dark, Jet Force Gemini, Super Mario 64, the Mario Party games, Mischief Makers, Banjo-Kazooie, Banjo-Tooie, Mario Kart, Diddy Kong Racing, Yoshi's Story, Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon, Super Smash Bros., Kirby and The Crystal Shards, etc.

The problem with the N64 library is it's tiny. There were just shy of 300 games released for the N64 (I want to say 296, but I'm not positive on that), so it seems like good games are hard to come by because there just aren't a lot of them out there. In comparison, the NES had roughly 780 games released (including unlicensed titles).

    Seriously going to bed now.

I literally just got a non emulated copy about a month ago and it's in absolutely mint condition, I think it may be the best thing in my entire retro collection. I don't even think it had been played before.

NES and N64 were the two main (ie: only) systems I owned growing up.
I owned a SNES and PSX growing up, but my dad gave my SNES away when I was still pretty young. MMX was the only game I owned anyway.

This. I still have the mint Gold OOT case and Mario 64 case. All the other games I own I got when I bought the 64.

It's a small library but thankfully you always know anything first party or from Rare is going to be worth playing. Blast Corps

I never thought I'd own a copy but thankfully one came up for an OK price. Unfortunately it's one of those games that always seems to go for stupid amounts of money.
