Now that we've played I can spoil some of the funnier cards in the deck.
It uses the Bottled Cloister Ensnaring Bridge combo so it can't be attacked. The 4 enchantments in the deck are Curse of Bloodletting, Furnace of Rath, Pyromancer's Swath and Spellweaver Volute.

Attention fine sirs, I have made a completely innocent EDH deck with absolutely no trolling. I simply must play it soon, preferably a four player game. Let's make this happen.

After testing on randoms it does everything I want it to. The creator of the game I joined quit about 7 turns in.
One of the other guys was cool and we played out the game. I lost horribly of course.

So i'm unclear on this. Can i use Aether vial every turn once? Without lossing charges?

Also, Spiders is right about the Vial obvs. Best use is shock blocks and getting under counter magic.
