I managed to do it with my PS2, then realized that Resident Evil Outbreak 2 servers were down.finally after a day and a half of fucking with my connection and ps2 I should now be able to play games via network

Actually, there's a program that will help you with that. It's called XLink Kai and you can play online, basically with other people over this program.
