Bakemonogatari has 15 episodes. Of course, only 12 aired on TV, with the last three going on the official website over the 6 months after. But the 12th episode was in the middle of a story arc, so it was always intended to be 15.

Finished Durarara, and watched the second season of The World God Only Knows. The second half of Durarara wasn't really that bad. There was about the same amount of Celty, although I was disappointed that the "war" wasn't really fought over Celty's body, as the discussion between Izaya and Shinra's father implied it would be. I suppose her murky affilliation effectively caused it, but still not what I was hoping for.

Second season of The World God Only Knows was good. Slightly more clarification on the background, and they didn't make the mistake of the first season where the final major arc was boring as hell.

I suppose you're more forgiving than I was. I clearly remember the second half of the show leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Although it's been like a year since I last watched it, so I'll be fucked if I remember all the details.

Although, the fact remains that you should probably check out Baccano if you have the chance. I liked it a lot more than Durarara.

I watched Venus Wars on DVD a few days ago. Quite a masterpiece. I also watched some episodes of Angel Beats on The Anime Network yesterday. It's interesting, but I sometimes feel like I can't get into the newer style as easily. I guess I feel that way about newer games as well and have stopped buying them recently.

Watched Angels Beats it when it was airing in Japan. Loooooooooooooooved it though TBF I like stuff like Air, Kanon and Clannad a lot so this was a no brainer for me.

Speaking of old anime though, I grabbed some Aura Battler Dunbine singles at a sale recently, going to start from the beginning soon. Always an enjoyable re-watch.
