I've got a PAL SNES with 50/60Hz switch that plays virtually all NTSC games. Also got a boxed US SNES and a unboxed US N64.

I'm using the composite cable with mine. It's not brilliant on an LCD screen but it's enjoyable enough. Bumping up the colour settings and the sharpness should help a bit.

    Holy shit, I'm already intimidated.

Mostly because I don't know you.

Here's a link to a SNES flash cart you might be interested in. It has regular updates and support. I'm seriously considering buying one, I don't want to get the Wild Card out of the box.

I have an old scart lead I bought when I last had an N64 as well but I think I'll get a better picture through S-video?

Worst case scenario will be that I get the CRT TV out, and I wouldn't mind having to do that at all.

Hey, hey, I've carried it from a TV unit to my bed a few times.

Oh yeah, I was looking at that one a little while ago. I think there's a Mega Drive version too isn't there? I was tempted but I don't know if I'm going hang on to my consoles or start selling them soon...

I've tried my N64 with composite leads on a Sony Bravia 32". It looks awful, the picture is blocky as hell, it definitely looks better on a CRT.

What N64 games do you have anyway Cosmic?

N64 is probably my favourite system ever, I've so many fond memories of most of its great games. I'm super duper excited to get mine through the post this week.

Yeah, the same guy makes various flash carts. I think there's also a Sega Master Sytem and Game Gear cart.
