Not at all, you need a memory card with the saves on which you copy onto the Xbox's hard drive, which you load up with the game.

No you don't need a HDD. He meant you need a memcard to put the save onto your HDD. You load Splinter Cell then you load a savefile thta Splinter Cell regitsers as a save game. It boots the EvX Dashboard then yo uproceed to softmod from there. It will play mnovies after that.
