    Default resident evil 3 sound choppy problems

    i tried playing it on both epsxe 1.52 and 1.60 and Im having constant sound problems.I can barely hear what the players are saying and sometimes the sound will stop completety for about 10 seconds while Jill or anybody else is talking.Is there anyway I can fix this problem?I have the resident evil 3 bin file that I downloaded from here
