I'll have to go into FF games gradually. I still don't like turn based RPG's...seems so silly to take turns, when in the .hack games I can go in and get 5 hits on an enemy before he can muster up one swing.

I know. It took me all these years to finally find an RPG that I like.

The taking turns thing is a pain in the ass, but the thing I hate most is the random battle screens. That's why I liked Grandia so much. You can see the monsters so you can have some strategy into it. The battle's were sorta turn based, but there was a shit ton to it...very strategic. Not a ''who goes first thing'' at all. Final Fantasies can get repetitive because of that, it was nice to see FFX and FFXII kind of brought those into the series.
