Question Any SNES emulators (for ANDROID) with a SLOW speed option?

I use an android device. I've been looking over some of the available SNES emulators for android, & while they all have more or less some of the features that you might want in a SNES-for-android emulator, there's one feature that is either missing from the ones that I've tried, or else it's too well hidden for me to find it. That feature is a SLOW speed option (for games (like "Panel de pon" & "Dr. Mario") that like to increase the speed of some of their parts from "reasonable" to "what-the-BLEEP"). So I'm asking here if anybody knows of a SNES-for-android emulator that does have one. I'll add that when I use to have a Windows 7 laptop & use snes9x with it, snes9x-for-windows does have that feature, while the so-called snes9x-for-android does not.

Also, if you do know of one, & it's free, could you also upload it somewhere & post a link to it? My device is a kindle fire HD, so I can't download anything from google's play store, & my ONLY wifi is a public library that blocks a LOT of sites, but they currently don't block mediafire (which I use), so preferably upload it there.

    Thanks for any help.

I work at a restaurant that has free unrestricted wifi, and the grocery store and restaurant on either side of us have free unrestricted wifi, as does the restaurant across the street. The mall behind us has several free wifi hotspots. I'm sure if you thought about it and went somewhere else it wouldn't be hard to find some unrestricted wifi. As for you slowdown issue, try a device-level solution like having a ton of apps or browser tabs open. Or find a way to set the start button to turbo. That's the old school method for slo-mo gaming.

I do know of a place that has an unblocked wifi (no password either), but that's out of the question because the device that I use (I don't have any of my own) is the public library's kindle fire HD, which they aren't about to let leave the premises. As for having a ton of apps open, I'll give it (among other possible solutions) a shot, but considering that android OS'es (the kindle fire HD's is an amazon modded 4.0.3) tend to auto-run almost every process at the same time, I'll be surprised if that makes much of a difference.
