so i get my hand on Fire Emblem - Radiant Dawn

download by use JDownloader after it hit 100% and extraction i get this

so i am not sure how to make this into iso can anyone help me here

That auto-combine and auto-extract Jdownloader does now is super annoying Delete everything except RFEE.rar.001 through .008 and the par2 file. Install Quickpar:
http://www.quickpar.org.uk/

Then double-click the par2, Quickpar will launch and quickly scan the numbered files, then let you hit Repair. Once repaired you'll just be left with a single rar file containing your iso.

Going by your picture, there are no data files. After installing QuickPar, make sure the par2 file from your download is in the same folder as your RAR files, double click it. It shouldn't take too long to scan your files.

Untick auto repair, that can cause some issues.

It looks like you already have the rar file, RFEE.rar. It should be around 3.9gb, just extract it.

Here's a few screenshots of the whole process of downloading, repairing and extracting the ISO file.

Spoiler warning:

Download all the files and the par2 file to the same folder.



Make sure you have QuickPar installed. Double click the par2 file. It should only take a few seconds to scan. Press the repair button when prompted.



QuickPar will now repair your files. It took just over a minute, it may vary on different computers.



Once repaired, you'll be left with the par2 file, and a RAR file containing the game. Extract the game from the RAR file. You can delete the RAR and par2 file if you wish.

Your downloaded par2 block is corrupt, redownload it. I ain't ever seen that happen before, it's rare for such small files to get damaged.
