Can't remember if I mentioned it but I finished up Ys I last night. Very short game, and I played the Turbo version so shorter than the newer remakes even. It's basically just a prelude to Ys II. Pretty easy to view them as one game, which makes sense given how often they are packaged together.

Mostly the same I think. Differences can be seen here in terms of visuals: http://www.hardcoregaming101.net/ys/ys2.htm

The main reason to play on Turbo is that it leads right into the second game (both games are on one disc)) which isn't available on the SMS I think.

nice to see screen shot comparisons. I didn't know it got released on so many different systems.

Quite a few of those are oldschool random Japanese computer consoles. But yeah it's extremely popular so it got ported and remade a lot.

It's official. I live in traverse city now.
The two of us have been trying to work our ways up here for a while now. Guess I ought to find a job.

Most of my stuff is moved to my dad's, well the important stuff at least. Everything else can be moved with the remaining month + 2weeks.

That's not a real place, that's a name from an RPG town.

Jazz is trying to tell us he has abandoned reality.

    Spoiler warning:
Traverse City, Michigan is a real place, but lets not have that ruin the narrative here.
