    I'm still trying to wrap my head around it but it works and is pretty sick.

    Neat. I use doxbox occasionally for old games. Just curious how far it goes. What about win98

    I think it even goes up to XP but its a tad confusing , I really want to learn how to set it up so that I can make a guide for noobs since my god we really need more of those and you know exactly why here in the forum.

    DOSBOX is such a pain in the ass to get things to work correctly without one of those frontends just simplifying everything lol

    Dosbox is not designed to run a OS other than shit like norton commander.

    PCem is designed as a true PC emulator and is meant to have a OS installed in it, it is NOT a visualization machine, it actually emulates the PC hardware and requires various bios's from the PC hardware to function.

    It does not cut corners like a VM and gives accurate hardware emulation ............... just wish I can figure it out.

    Well you can run windows 3.whatever on it. Not exactly an OS but I did this once just to play Simtower not long ago. Worked fine. Dosbox part of your post obvs.

    Zal for shits n giggles can you set up Dosbox with winders 98 or better yet, 98 LITE OVERWEIGHT?

    I had a 70 minute bus commute to work, it wasn't that bad, I'd commute that distance if I were you.
