Some countries only have 2 seasons: wet and dry (some parts of Australia are tropical like that).
Where I live there are four seasons thankfully, it doesn't get extremely cold in winter (snow is very rare) but gets rather hot in summer (40c or just over, but mostly mid-high 30c).
India has 6 seasons.
