Default Anyone know how to fix this fullscreen error with Kega Fusion?

I'm using Win 7 64-bit with a 900 series Nvidia card, and when I click fullscreen it works up to 1920x1080, but when I go any higher (such as 3840x2160), it says, "Unable to create Direct3D device" and crashes. It did the same on 1440p. Is there any way around this, or are those resolutions just not supported?

Fusion is a long dead closed source emu so you will not be having any fixes or improvements on it.

Well I can tell you of a much better emulator that does what Fusion can and it does it better, Genesis Plus GX.

You can run it in windows through Retroarch, if you are interested grab it here, http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly...roArch_full.7z

use the online updater first and get the genesis plus gx core then you can load the core , load a game, press F1 to bring up the GUI and you can change various options to make it just the way you want it.

F on the keyboard makes it switch from windowed/fullscreen BTW.

If you have any other Retroarch question feel free to ask me on my profile visitor page or just PM me, I tend to respond quickly.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Not entirely sure what would be causing that particular error, but I can't imagine that pushing the resolution that high is going to make any discernible difference visually: 1920x1080 should be plenty for genesis games.
"I think that the problem with this video is it is highly derivative of many popular bands within the genre. Although when viewed on its own merits, it does have a deeper groove. However what it has in groove, it lacks in originality. One can't help but be reminded of such bands as Pearl Jam, White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies and other bands that bear the mantle of so called "Alternative Rock". One is even reminded of Lorie Anderson when she wore curlers. Hehehmhm! This video speaks less to the heart and more to the sphincter. In closing, I think Korn would do well to learn more from -"
