    Default USB Game Controllers

Does anyone here have any recommendations on these?
I'm looking to get a controller for each emulator, so that it will have more of a classic feel. (ie NES controller for NES, SNES controller for SNES, etc.)

I know USB controllers tend to be a bit cheaper, and although I'd like to use originals with an adapter, that ends up being more expensive doesn't it?
Does anyone have any recommendations or thoughts?

Okay why is this moved? I'm not asking about Nintendo specifically, that was just an example.. it also covers Sega systems, Sony systems, Atari, or anything else...
Whereas I'd love to put this into Everything Emulation, tying it to one specifically defeats the purpose...
    Oi... -.-

Odd, this is not a console question, its a emulation question since its about USB controllers for emulation, guess take it up with a admin?

Well I can tell you this is a excellent Super Famicom replica - http://www.amazon.com/Buffalo-Classi.../dp/B002B9XB0E

I'm guess the famicom replica is good too since iBuffalo is a excellent brand, I want to get the generic pad of theirs that looks like a stickless PSX pad.
THE BEST METHOD to run PSX games (and everything else for that matter) is via Retroarch - http://buildbot.libretro.com/nightly/
If you have any questions on how to set it up on Windows please feel free to ask, its very easy.

Thanks a lot for the suggestion.
I think I've seen the Buffalo famicom controllers before, but as far as that's concerned... I think I'd prefer US NES look for that. ^_~
Thanks for the suggestion though on the SNES one. I'm a bit careful on these controllers given that the reviews on a lot of them seem to be very hit and miss, so any suggestions are appreciated, particularly with first-hand experience.

I intended to move it to the Nintendo Systems area under EE. since you only mentioned Nintendo systems in your original post. By mistake it went to EC.

Anyways, since it's a question related to different systems, I'll move it to the Misc area.

Ya, thats why I suggested that one, the Gtron SNES replica is crap from what I read, I own the iBuffalo Super Famicom rep and its pretty good, friend who bought me it got himself 2 of them, says the same thing, they are excellent and look & feel like the real deal, plus you can't beat the price.

Well if you know of anyone else who has experience with controllers, let me know (or them know!).

I know I've seen the Buffalo controllers before, and the NES one they have has decent reviews outweighing any negatives... I just don't like the Famicom style of it and the additional buttons (Nit-picky perhaps, and I might end up going with it regardless) but I actually dislike emulation in general... unless it FEELS right.
This includes having the proper controller! It's not enough to have the system feel as it should, the physical controls you have also have to match, and growing up on the original consoles means I know what it needs to feel like! ^_~

    Again, thanks!
