No, it is 133. The Prescott P4 will be 166. Quadpumped it will effectively be 667mhz. Galcian, Intel cranked it to 4.7ghz and Ganon is right, you could probably get it very high yourself. The 2.6 and 2.8ghz implementations of the P4 have a bit of an altered core and I do not know what Intel did to it, but it can easily reach 4ghz with small cooling solutions.
